Thanks! She is 5'1" on a GOOD day, but she did her country proud. My son is 6'4" and was in the army. And ditto for the country. Mine was the only generation in 1500 years to NOT join the military.
But since I both my kids did, I think my duty was fulfilled. I have yellow ribbons where everyone can see them. (And I AM a military widow.) [Do not thank me for this...it is part of being an American!]
