In public statements, the Palm Beach County state attorney's office appears to be soliciting public opinion about the current investigation. Perhaps you'd like to add your opinion to the "torrent" of hundreds of emails that State Attorney Barry Krischer and his spokesperson have received.

When you fill in the form below, your comments will be sent directly to them at the Palm Beach County state attorney's office. Please feel free to tell them exactly what you think... civilly, of course. After all, we are conservative.

In all the years I've listened to Rush, he was always hesitant to tell his listeners to respond to anyone directly by phone or email--this had to do with politics and positions.

Now, he wants his enemies to hear from us.

It's time these libs heard from us, and not just the hundreds of emails their friends are sending them asking for Rush's head. This isn't about crimes, it's about abuse of power. This is a Palm Beach politician who got elected prosecutor and is using his office and tax dollars to do that which he has never done before. This is still America, and we can still come to the defense of family and friends.

For crying out loud, the Left has mounted an email campaign against him and Krischer’s office is saying they are influenced by it. Read what is on his website.

There've been quite a few things lately that've been hard to take from Rush.

He used to make a special point of NOT flexing his "muscle" in regards to marshalling listeners to make phone calls or emails. I remember once when he suggested his listeners make phone calls just to prove a point--and I've listened for many years. Now he wants us to hassle the prosecutor?

And there was a time he would not have allowed the ACLU to use him in their grandstanding.

Bravo! Although I'm not in charge of an email campaign, free speech is to be cherished and used, especially as here, where a public official is abusing his office, including distributing fabricated information about his discussion with the Florida Bar.

Rush has never urged his audience to actively and collectively do this type of thing. He has left that decision to his audience, if they were so compelled.

However, at this time, he is being trashed because he is a conservative. And because he has worked hard to have a loyal audience of millions. They can not compete with Rush on any playing field. So, as liberals do, they are using the courts to advance their agenda. It is time for all of us to rise up and let our opinions on this matter be heard!

I don't remember him saying anything like that,he just does not give out phone numbers for activists to call the white house or congress. Everyone should realize that any e-mail they send to a government agency is not private, it belongs to the government and is subject to subpoena and probably FOIA,correct me if I am mistaken.

Ok, another Rush-hater. I often wonder about the backgrounds of people like you, who are so disparaging of Rush. I wonder what you've ever accomplished for freedom and national security and conservatism, I wonder what you do and how you live your life, I wonder if you have skeletons in your closet. I so tire of lectures from people who conceal their names and identities, and then presume to lecture me and other Freepers about moral relativism. Step aside, sister. There's a battle to be won.
