We spoke to the former foster mom. She invited the child over to play and the girl didn't recognize her former bedroom and asked where the bathrooms were located. She lived there for a year until a few weeks ago. Not a good sign.

Heavenly Father, in every way, please take this situation with these precious children under Your total and perfect control. Surround the children with Your holy angels for protection from all evil and hurt. Cause all responsible parties to do what is only in the best interests of ALL the children, and do not allow even one child to fall through bureaucratic cracks. Thank You, Father...Amen!
