But what I saw some people posting, early in the vaccination campaign, was about magnets supposedly being attracted to the injection site—not about being “turned into” a magnet.
It seems unlikely, but it might possibly have been a real thing early on—if Pfizer was distributing process-one product (clinical trial product) and if beads from magnetic bead filtration were contaminants in one or more such batches. But it would only have been early batches, because process two was the mass-production process, and apparently did not use magnetic filtration.
