Well, yeah. That’s when we get into punitive damages. But a hundred thou is a good compensation for this. And that includes that a lot would go to the attorney. Just winning undoes a lot of the emotional pain, and the rest is a windfall.

(2024 is going to be one for the history books, like 1939. And 2025 will be more so, like 1940-1945.)
