Hard lessons learned.
Those who reject tradition are rejecting the lessons that was paid for by a high price by our ancestors.

1. Seems to me that by Descartes’ standard, no one should have believed him.
2. Somebody said that a tradition is the solution to a problem that worked so well we forgot what the problem was.
