My best recollection is that the whole tube is sufficient for 1250 pounds of body weight, and there should be either 50 or 100 pound gradations marked on the tube. You can set the plunger to stop at the amount you want to dispense. It doesn’t have to be exact since it’s very hard to overdose on it, in spite of the FDA/CDC warnings to the contrary.

a while back, while discussing C19, I asked a large animal vet buddy of mine about the safety of using IVM.
