I detest this woman but see this as government overreach. She did commit perjury on her loan application and pension documents to get cash for the purchase BUT in the end it was her money and can be resolved with restitution, some jail time and fines. If she is unable to pay all of that, then they should sell of the condo to pay it.

Couldda been worse. Imagine if she was Donald Trump where the mortgagee made money off the deal, and there were no victims and where there was no fraud.
