The Western King lays dying
The Western son is rising
The bearded man with dark mate
Mourns his mistakes, crying.

Thats either Nostradamus or Burma Shave...can’t recall atm..

I hate to break the news to you but all heads of state have “canned” funeral plans prepared in advance because of all the pomp and circumstance involved and the international customs and protocols that must be observed.

Wow! Edward VII got go be king for 9 years after his mother’s lengthy reign.

Charles III might not get even 3.

Considering neither of the first two King Chucks are particularly well remembered (one was beheaded, the other was deposed but later re-hired), it never bode well that he chose to be crowned using his birth name.

He’ll probably be best remembered as “King Charles the Divorced,” since he’s the only king who was divorced (much less divorced and remarried) when crowned that the UK, Great Britain, or England ever has had.

I would rely on Freeper naturalman1975 to know the status of King Charles III. Because they know each other.

Charles wanted kingship decades ago but mom hung on and on and on and on yet Charles got his wish at an old age.

A better man would have passed his spot to his oldest son for the good of England. But Charles is a child.

A few more royal funerals and the Land Rover hearse Chuck's father Phil designed might not be such a ridiculous waste of money anymore.

I kind of feel for the guy. He waited his whole life to be King…and he will be gone before he can put his mark on it.

William has an opportunity to be more like his grandmother and less like his dad. When the day comes, I hope he takes that route.

QE2 was a true believer in Jesus Christ and though she had some stumbles along the way, her heart was with Christendom. Charles is not—and the UK is suffering because his mindset has taken hold in the society.

This is so weird. Queen Victoria reigned until the very last breath she took on earth . She did not want to pass the crown down to her son because she did not trust him to run the monarchy with honor. For he was known for his many affairs he had and problems with money etc. anyways when Queen Victoria died bertie took the throne and only lasted a few years as king I believe. And soon after died of a heart attack. Funny how history is repeating itself ….same situation, but different circumstances.
