Why did she wait 20 years? Isn’t there a statute of limitations, or is someone able to sue for damages long after first hand evidence is available and since ‘disappeared’? Has she offered any evidence at all other than her word that he was the father? Has there been a paternity test?

I am all for this guy’s arrest and any civil suits pressed against him - provided there is some evidence to support the claim. Unless there is a confession or verifiable witnesses or physical evidence, I’m quite skeptical.

A strong possibility it was consensual and the ‘rape’ claim was an afterthought.

She first probably asked him for “an acceptable amount” of money. After he either refused or never responded, she goes public. She must have gone through most of the experience without talking to her family. It’s hard to imagine a 15 yr old schoolgirl “bekng forced to get an abortion” witbout any of her family realizing something has gone dreadfully wrong in this teenager’s life. What could it possibly be?,
