You’re right. The vaccine is safe and effective. Fauci is safe from prosecution and the shot is effective at killing people.
I guess you could say the vaccines are saving lives; at least for those not getting them. There is much controversy about these & many people don’t believe in taking a chance by receiving them. Maybe those are the ones whose lives are being saved. I know it’s a guess, but I’m going to say “no, thank you”.

Yes, they are vaccines and they are safe and effective.
And, yes, they have saved millions of lives.
