Christianity is a great blasphemy to religious Jews and even to many non-religious Jews.
Islam is merely the teaching of a false prophet and is religiously far more acceptable, barring the murderous rage at the Jews for not accepting Islam.
Could the Antichrist come from Noahide principles? Certainly he or it could use them, but it would pervert any teaching to its uses.
Rabbinical Judaism was created in 70 AD after the Temple was destroyed.
If by “Antichrist” you mean the Beast, that was around in Jesus’ day and it was (and still is) a Gentile power.
