They have massive amounts of untracked money in Black Ops, which they do not have to report to Congress, or anyone. Who knows how much of the bloodshed in the Ukraine is actually due to black ops weaponry in use by operatives?
When we tried to find the submarine that launched on Hawaii, and couldn't, I wonder if this was CIA hardware (submarine) Schipp spoke of. Doesn't have to be, since there was a missile launch in Washington state when Trump was flying to North Korea. Likely that missile silo on the WA island was a CIA installation on a black hat owned island? WHere are the CIA's other missile silos?
The fight over the Ukraine makes me think, in addition to being a long-term NATO threat, that maybe there's stuff there like the missile silo, underground. Putin's mil fought Azov military in underground bunkers. Just people there, or hardware for satellites, missiles, lasers etc? Is there a munitions capacity there?
But Schipp exposed a lot about the CIA and it makes sense that the CIA would have their own hardware. They may have to flag some of it to countries they control.
The aircraft which carried Biden on Jan 20, 2021 lacked a tail number, which was very suprising to plane fags - they said world-wide it is extremely rare for a plane to lack any marking and that it indicated it was CIA property. The MSM was silent on this novel situation. I assumed the CIA would have 'official' unmarked planes like the police have unmarked cars.
Schipp's statement about the CIA having their own ships, planes etc. may have been what surprised me the most about the several videos of information he provided. Having their own hardware would indeed allow the CIA to start wars, if say it was a CIA sub that fired on Hawaii and no one knows it's a CIA sub, people would naturally reason it was another nation. Even if they knew the CIA has subs, they would likely treat it as if the US had fired on a location.
