I saw the second one in the theater, it was awesome. The first one is chilling.
Back in the dying days of Hollywood. Tom Cruise still makes good movies, everything else is a high budget TV series. I watched “Everything all at once” with my 30 year old daughter. She loved it so much, I didn’t have the heart to tell her it sucked. I said, it was ‘A-ight.
Oh, yeah..... Talk about an acid trip!
It’s a really great film.
Love Spaceballs.
I was having breakfast, listening to Good Morning America, when I heard Rona Barrett say “Alien” was “Not ‘ET’. It’s ‘The Exorcist’ in outer space.” I was in. Talked one of my mom’s friends into taking me (at 14, no way was I supposed to see it) and loved every second of it. On a big screen, it’s terrifying. I remember the audience losing it so many times! Thanks for the heads up about it... might tell my wife we’re going to see “ET”. Bwahahahaha
I saw it on the big screen back in the day.
Alien Covenant
I rooted for the alien.
” everything else is a high budget TV series.”
From what I see the wife watching on streaming, exactly so.
“Rona Barrett “
No idea who that is, but I suspect a bed wetting liberal.
My first R-rated movie. Saw it when I was 15. My grandfather dropped me off on his way to the Moose Lodge.
I believe that is from Aliens, not Alien.
I believe that is from Aliens, not Alien.
same universe
True, but definitely different movies. I consider "Alien" a horror movie, whereas "Aliens" more of an action movie (IMHO).
