When I first moved to Jacksonville back in 1981, I was offered a job and accepted on a Wednesday and was told I needed to start on Monday, I had to move from Gainesville.
I went out and got an apartment very close to where I would be working and that was in this area, it wasn’t a nice area back then and I got out of there at the first opportunity and moved over the Baymeadows which was really nice back then.

And not anymore because of the exact same bad element.
