Rightly can’t say I’ve been out before 6AM in recent memory to confirm. Even so, there’s ALWAYS @ least one of ‘those houses’ in every ‘hood (had one just 2 doors down; took YEARS for us on that corner to drive ‘em out)
As for the ‘emergency care’, this is FL, those things are springing up E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E. No worse than the Baptist S. ER where they’d otherwise go (get sent to)
For years I used to go to the Speedway on the corner of San Jose and Marbon Rd. for coffee every morning. There has always been a bus stop there, for a long time the bus would unload a bunch of people from the northside who would get picked up by lawncare businesses, all they were scoping out the neighborhoods in Mandarin look for places to come back at night to steal from.
