There’s no need. No one contracted me to advise the Israelis, but this is plain as day:

Attack asymmetrically & conventionally. Take out the leadership of the Guards, destroy the secret police headquarters, destroy any repositories of files on the Iranian dissenters, stop ALL regime communications, run guns to the opposition.
