THe demand for US oil abroad keeps the dopmestic gasoline prices high. This is due to a fall of Russian production and OPEC capping its production.

THe production of US Oil is high but not high enough to reduce domestic prices at the pump for gas.

Asfar as domestic consumption of gasoline. the demand is still not being met sufficiently to reduce domestic gasoline prices.Do we have a lack of refining capacity?
