Per census, Seaside is 45% white, 45% hispanic, 6% black.

I wonder where all the white kids go to school?

Private school or home school. I chose private school for my 4 kids. Couldn’t homeschool because I was raising them alone. This was back in the late 70’s to the 90’s. Last one graduated from college in 2001. In the sixties a black girl was being interviewed and she said if a race riot started at her school, she would pick the whitest, blue eyed, blonde as a target. I had all blue eyed, blonds. Wasn’t taking any chances. Things are 1,000 times worse today.
