Wrong! I live in Arizona and this ruling will energize the female, liberal and moderate voters. This might have cost AZ the President, Senate and a few house Republicans members.

You might be right, and this ruling could end up turning out a blue wave in AZ this November.

I oppose today’s ruling, and I am calling on Katie Hobbs and the State Legislature to come up with an immediate common sense solution that Arizonans can support. Ultimately, Arizona voters will make the decision on the ballot come November.

I would not be surprised to see a proposition on the November ballot that turns out the pro-abortion vote in large numbers in an attempt to repeat 2022. Either way, it will be a big issue.

This ruling will save lives and that is always right.

I agree, this will almost certainly motivate women to vote against the GOP in AZ... rightly or wrongly.

I’d expect AZ to try to pass an update of this law, loosening abortion restrictions quickly, with Republicans (who control both houses to put up something allowing abortion up to 12 or 15 weeks... and the dems just claiming its too extreme and even if they got the house and senate to pass it I would fully expect the Governor to veto it, claiming its too extreme, just to keep abortion as a hyper issue for the election.
