A woman who was caught on camera violently smashing the windshields of parked cars with bricks in Los Angeles has been arrested.
The suspect, identified as Lisa Jones, 30, was taken into custody Wednesday in connection with a series of unprovoked attacks targeting vehicles across L.A. County.
Security video captured a March 28 incident where the woman was seen stepping out of her car and approaching a parked Porsche SUV in Venice at around 5 p.m.
She lifted a large brick over her head and smashed it into the windshield at full force before casually walking away.
The woman, who was typically seen stepping out of a white Volkswagen Tiguan SUV, is also accused of smashing the windows of a Tesla in West L.A., a red pickup truck in Tarzana, a Hyundai in Woodlands Hills, three incidents in Burbank, cars in Culver City and possibly more.(snip)
One Burbank victim said he confronted the woman during an attack and when he asked what she was doing, she didn’t answer and only looked at him very angrily.
“I believe the issue is we have a big mental health problem in Los Angeles,” Frem said. “We see it on the streets. We see it everywhere. There should be something to address those issues and to take them seriously.”
The suspect was arrested on charges of felony vandalism and was later released on L.A. County’s zero bail policy.
LA DA is just encouraging more crime.
Released? With no bail? She’s learned her lesson and won’t ever do that again.
It’s just another bad hair moment. They’re breaking out all over.
She wasn’t “Smashing” them- she was liberating them from their car captors! No time served! Oh, and she can sue now too- there she was doing her part to help the climate, or something, and she gets arrested?
Yep...no need to look. When are the people in CA going to wake up to the fact that some people do illegal things when there are no repercussions to their actions?
There is...it's called the law. However, for laws to have any impact, you have to have enforcement of the law and CA has decided to replace punishment under the law with singing one verse of Kumbaya and then letting the criminal go free.
The average I.Q. of Sub-Saharan Africans is 68 (look it up). These folks are the multi-generational progeny. Add low impulse control and entitlement and this is what you get. It will only get worse.

Think of how much racism her grandparents endured. We have to make it right. Lol.
This is what they vote for.
Seems like a bigger crime is her wearing a tube top.
And the weather is nice.
It sounds like she has seriously damaged at least ten vehicles, yet she walks free. Meanwhile, the DOJ is still tracking down people who stood on the Capitol lawn on J6 and pursuing people who pray at abortion clinics.
This cracks me up.
