He’s despicable, but he’s technically correct when he says he did not proclaim Easter Sunday as Trans day of visibility; he proclaimed March 31st as the day. Of course they’re being deceitful and splitting hairs. If he wanted to proclaim such a day, he could have done it the 30th, for example. Actually, the best day would have been April fools day.
