Last Friday, locally, two 16 year olds in a stolen truck killed a 19 year old girl on her way to work.
That 18 year-old in Washington - this was his third totaled car in 11 months.
There is video of one of his crashes (where he hit another car) and the cop is saying something like “Well, it was a stupid mistake, you were going way too fast - but it’s just cars.”
