Former President Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos, claiming his reputation was tarnished by the anchor saying multiple times on-air that Trump had been found liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.

Fairly cut and dried. It was venomous malice of course, but malice is not required to be affirmed in this case. Trump’s reputation was tarnished and the intent of making the statement was to tarnish Trump’s reputation to score a debate point.
Trump merely said, “I did not rape her” and it supposedly will cost him $83 million.
To be fair, the trial should be held in a deep-red district of a deep-red city in a deep-red state.
Discovery process is a bitch.
If they both had to be at the deposition(s) at the same time, they should charge people to watch. I would pay
