The ruling elites of many society are very different geneticly
from the rest of the population
Witness the “British” royal family , which is German, only in last 2 generations have they admitted English into the family
Prince Philip was from the Greek royal family (he was born on Corfu), but that family was mostly German. I don’t know if he had any genuine Greek ancestors.
