I take 25 mg of zinc to help prevent colds and it helps! My hearing is ruined anyway but I don’t think it has affected my hearing in any way.
Yes, I doubt zinc has any effect on hearing one way or the other but it does prevent viruses from replicating. We take it everyday with Quercetin.
