Oats are the only grain that hasn't been GMOed yet.

Are they trying to move all of us to GMO-only food?

Well, let’s sample some horses.

They eat oats, right?

How many have Dognitive decline?

PS. If you check Donkeys, they must have eaten all the oats, because they max out the dementia scale. Joe B prime example.
