Preventive Vitamin D Supplementation and Risk for COVID-19 Infection: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

The results of our meta-analysis seem to support the use of vitamin D, especially in populations with vitamin D deficiencies, in the prevention of COVID-19 infection and in the prevention of related complications.

Research shows that vitamin D is more effective for people in preventing and recovering from Covid. The large sample group showed: - - 84% fewer deaths - 68% fewer ICU admissions - 60% fewer Covid cases.

I take 6,000 mg of D3,2 tabs zinc,2,000 mg C, a multi vitamin daily,cut back on the zinc when possible so it works better when you do get sick and once in a while 12 mg of ivermectin. It’s still possible to get sick but you have to work at it.
