I was a huge fan of Tucker Carlson but his positions on foreign policy have always been in argued in a very dishonest way.
We can put the issue of Ukraine aside because that’s very device of here.
Tucker makes arguments about Iran and communist China which are frankly crazy.
For example he approvingly put on guests who said that Iran would defeat the United States in a war.
He also went along with a guest who said that we should not oppose communist China anywhere because communist China isn’t going to invade California.
The worst I ever saw was when he sat there approvingly as one of his hand picked guests said that anywhere an American marine is stationed in the world, they are there to steal the resources of that country.

All things considered... I posit that anyone that trusts Tucker Carlson is, at best, delusional, and at worst, a complete and total moron. I would, however, consider that for political purposes... ‘pretending’ to trust Tucker might be advantageous.
