Big Pharma would rather “treat” a disease ($$$$$$) for the rest of one’s remaining life than to “cure” a disease ($$). Tell me you don't know anything about biology and medicine without actually telling me you don't know about biology and medicine...

More than you might think.
And a whole lot more about how “money talks”....

He was a patriot and a family guy. Married 40 years with children. He loved this country. The left hated him, so that makes him a great man in my opinion. God rest his soul...Dittos

If apples were found to cure cancer the response would be to outlaw apples. Yes, I am that cinical against most of big pharma.

Yes, I’ve noticed that, too, over the years.

R.I.P., Toby Keith. You’re playing in Heaven’s band now.
I got to see him do a show with Ted Nugent at Victory Base in Iraq in 2004.
A co-worker of mine there loved driving past the building on Camp Cropper where Saddam was being held, blasting “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue” on the speakers.

His American Ride Tour in 2010 with Trace Adkins was incredible.

Shouldn’t be much even nastiest freeper can say about this guy
I dunno - we’ve got some real jewels here and the day isn’t over.

Change the “can be found”, to “used to be”. Brooks and Dunn, Toby and Charlie Daniels were stalwarts. B & D are in the twilight of their fame. Who else can you find?

John Rich is pretty vocal on the conservative side.

Like when the denizens of Philadelphia booed Santa Claus.
The difference between “shouldn’t” and “won’t” being significant. My money is on freeper nastiness. Always a safe bet.

Very sad news... He seemed like an all-around good guy.
He supported the troops and rescue workers.
He also had a great sense of humor. I loved his music and videos in the early 2000’s.
RIP, Toby Keith. Condolences to his wife and family.
To: Magic Fingers
He was “good old boy”, that is as nasty as it can get for Toby. Whatever he did wrong in his life, let it be buried with him. I frankly loved him for his manner and messaging of his art.

Yes he is, but the music coming out of Nashville and the radio, doesn’t match C & W I like. Hootie, and I listen to an oldie station out of Kansas. Country lives as long as George Jones and Hank Jr, is played somewhere.
