@P_McCulloughMD

On MSM and independent media I cite the medical literature and source the data for verification so we have can a fair discussion of the emerging science. Accurate, consistent, no flip-flops. Never got this from government agencies or captured media commentators

If the people really knew what was going on, then the people wouldn’t vote the way they’re supposed to. And what would happen to Our Democracy then???

Yeah, it's such a conundrum.

IOW, he’s a snakeoil salesman.

In other words, you posted a bunch of references that I don't consider to be as honest as a homeless person I would run across in the street.

The "authorities" are trying to suspend James Eastman's law licence in California, not because he did anything wrong, but because he was defending Trump and giving him legal advice. Authorities attacking someone means nothing nowadays, because they don't have integrity anymore.

At this point, having an entire professional organization against you means nothing. They don't ever seem to go after the real miscreants, only those that challenge dogma.

Politifact? You linked to Politifact? They are one of the lyingest organizations out there.

Just linking to them (or Snopes) as a validation source immediately loses you the argument so far as i'm concerned.

Other instant loss of credibility "sources" are the New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, NPR, and so forth.

These people lie for political reasons, and nothing they say can be accepted at face value.

Politico? You automatically lose the argument. Citing lying sources calls into question your credibility.

“We take very seriously our responsibility to be a trusted source of information in the communities we serve,” a spokesperson for BSWH wrote to The Texan. “Dr. McCullough is not an employee and has agreed to not represent himself as such. As a result, both parties mutually agreed in late January to dismiss all actions.”

“Voluntary dismissal of claims with prejudice are usually entered after a settlement agreement has been reached.”

IOW, McCullough agreed to stop representing himself as something he is not. The dismissal with prejudice is nothing special in this case.

ConservativeMind wrote: “We could file a lawsuit against you for pedophilia, and aways bring that up, even when it gets dismissed with prejudice, according to you.”

Try it and you’ll get sued for harassment, libel, and slander. I will win and you’ll be broke.

BTW, I notice you did not addresss the fact that McCullough had his license to practice revoked for making claims that were inaccurate, misleading and/or unsupported by evidence concerning the vaccines.

Kory and Marik join Peter McCullough in getting their ABIM certifications revoked.

I only lose the argument in your imagination. Politico is far more credible than the sources commonly cited here by member of the anti-vaxxer conspiracy cult.

ConservativeMind wrote: “Additionally, can you begin to state what was the actual COVID misinformation that hurt people or wasn’t found to be truthful, years later?”

You asked for it:
Begin quote.
Some of McCullough’s public statements contributed to the spread of COVID-19 misinformation.

McCullough testified before a committee of the Texas Senate in March 2021, posted to YouTube by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, in which he made false claims about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines, including that people under 50 years of age and survivors do not need the vaccine and that there is no evidence of asymptomatic spread of COVID-19.

Posted on the Canadian online video sharing platform Rumble, McCullough gave an interview in April 2021 to The New American, the magazine of the right-wing John Birch Society, in which he advanced anti-vaccination messaging, including falsely claiming huge numbers of fatalities attributed to the COVID-19 vaccines. In May 2021, McCullough gave an interview in which he made claims about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines which were “inaccurate, misleading and/or unsupported by evidence”, including that survivors cannot be re-infected and so do not require vaccination and that the vaccines are dangerous.

During television appearances, McCullough has contradicted public health recommendations, including when asked about the aggressive spread of COVID-19 among children, by suggesting that healthy persons under 30 had no need for a vaccine, and when asked about the relative merits of vaccination-induced immunity versus “natural” (survivor) immunity, by disputing the necessity of vaccinations to achieve herd immunity. In December 2021, McCullough appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience promoting debunked conspiracy theories and misinformation (e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic was planned, the spike protein causes cell death, medical authorities are conspiring to illegitimately suppress hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin).
Quote ends.

BTW, your disagreement with these facts does not in anyway invalidate these facts. Nor does your dislike of wikipedia invalidate it as a source.

All he has to ask in Court is:

"Show me the the study that contains a "Control Group" of unvaccinated Covid patients, to compare against vaccinated Covid patients, to compare recovery times relative to various treatment options."

Even doctors know nothing about the vaxx.

Pre-Covid he was a highly respected, well - published cardiologist at Baylor Health. My daughter interviewed with him for her Fellowship in Cardiology in 2016. She came away with a horrible impression of him due to hi trash talking UTSW. Then he published studies on Covid that didn't pass peer- review and instead of going back and correcting errors, he doubled down and drove his entire career off a cliff. He then did some dirty dealings with a cardiologist group in DFW from which he was fired. Some of the data he speaks about mentions studies he conducted - the ones that didnt pass peer review

He now has had his certs stripped and is the chief medical officer for The Wellness Company and is a doctor on staff at a concierge practice in the DFW.

Is he right or wrong about Covid? I dont know. But he now has a financial incentive for people to believe him and become a paying member of his company and buy his products.

You state the American Board of Internal Medicine recommended that McCullough’s board certification be revoked due to his promotion of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines and that makes him a snake oil salesman?

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

They, and you, are the ones pushing snake oil. Pfizer had to admit that the Jim Jones Jab didn't work when exposed by the O M M O I R C O R N O I N C variant.

No, promoting misinformation in order to sell his ineffective products makes him a snake oil salesman.

Give me a quote where they say the vaccines didn’t work.

Really, you're going to cite Wikipedia? Did you post it to Wikipedia beforehand or did your eleven year old neighbor do it for you?

As for "contradicting public health recommendations", which ones might those be?

The ones that claimed masks work despite Dr. Mengele Fauxi himself saying they don't?

The recommendation that you should listen to the psychopath Fauxi who claimed he was The ScienceTM?

The ones that claimed the arbitrary six feet of distancing would prevent the spread of the virus?

The ones that claimed COVID-1984 would spread in churches but not in liquor stores, smoke shops, or casinos?

The ones that claimed making store aisles one way would prevent the spread of the virus?

The ones that claimed you needed a mask to walk around but COVID-1984 was okay once you sat down?

The ones that claimed it was okay to march cheek to jowl for racist, anti-white demonstrations but not safe to gather with friends and family?

The ones that claimed it was okay to loot and riot under the guise of "protesting" but not safe to gather with friends and family?

The ones that claimed you should be locked down and given untested injections while millions of unvetted illegal aliens crossed the border?

The ones that said you needed to get untested injections to fly in a commercial airplane but COVID-1984 was not an issue in corporate jets?

Yeah, anyone who contradicted such deceitful "recommendations" is to be commended for sanity and reason. Anyone who issued or supports those "recommendations" is a criminal or a cultist.

He misled no one. Just the hospital privileging committees made up of his peers, the general public relative to his credentials, and the boards who certify him. Yep. Other than that no subterfuge whatsoever.
