Once you understand and accept the fact that fully half of the American negro population is mildly to severely mentally retarded, on the IQ scale, it then all makes perfect sense. It’s not that they won’t do better it’s that they can’t do better. Pretending and wishing otherwise is a deadly delusion.

I don’t read about people with Downs Syndrome causing problems. Culture in the black community and the lack of fathers plays a major part in crime.
