I guess now I will see what I can learn about this case to determine if my instinct is correct.
Heck, even if life is endangered security guards can get in trouble for getting involved beyond dialing 911 in certain places.
NY state is a great place to see this.
And when something goes down and the guard doesn’t get involved people go “why didn’t you do something” to the guard.
Well, because the guard would be arrested for it 9 times out of ten.
Yup.
Kinda does indicate that reality holds no sway there.
My immediate thought as well.
Scott Adams was prescient on Trump, and it looks like he’s ahead of the curve on racial issues too.
It is also of note to mention that this girl is white, the man that was shot was black.
The 1st black female judge recused herself and the judge who took her place was also a black female.
The prosecuting attorney was also a black female and the makeup of the jury including alternates consisted of 12 blacks, although I don’t know of any of those were alternates or not.
I am not attempting to imply anything, please draw your own conclusions if any......those are just the facts of who was who.
Recent arrival as well, Must be a liberal or a Fed who has come to disrupt.
We probably never would have even heard about it. I also wonder what was the racial makeup of the jury.
Please see my post 27
As I say, in this particular case, I don’t know who was right and who was wrong. But I know the government hates helpful citizens a lot more than it hates crooks.
This is exactly right, especially in Georgia where they sent those innocent men to prison because that stupid criminal attacked the man with a shotgun.
Georgia has a corrupt legal system more than most.
Sorry, post 26 not 27
Restorative justice in action.
He liked to post and run, never responded to people.
He suddenly started talking.
And he gloats over people dying, post removed.
He said Kyle Rittenhouse is a punk but never explained why when questioned.
He believes in the Coof Jab, lockdowns, etc etc.
Yeah he’s a piece of work.
What doesn't really matter is whatever the law actually says.
This stuff is just often tribal warfare under the color of law.
The jury was overwhelmingly black, this was entirely decided based on race and not the facts of the case. Expect more of this going forward.
It's a lot, it's a lot
It's a lot, it's a lot
It's a lot, it's a lot
It's a lot like life
Should have been aware of where she was. A white gal in a dominant black county. No way I’d get involved.
That doesn’t sound like a trial of her peers.
We don't need to wonder. We know.
If you chase people down who are no threat to you and shoot them things won’t go well for you no matter what state you live in
