Been without my Ford Fiesta for seven weeks - awaiting a replacement part
Not only Ford. Had to wait months for new engine mounts for my wife's Honda Odyssey. My daughter's Jeep Patriot needs a drive shaft and we're still waiting months later. My 64 needs a new turn signal switch. I can get one overnight either from NAPA or Echler's Late Great Chevys in Kissimmee. It's crazy!

There are apparently more than 1000 vehicles needing the transition module my car needs - different Ford models.

Your situation added to mine makes me wonder if there is something going on to drive (pardon the term) us away from gas driven cars!!
