He’s a real nowhere man...
His mom is Bruce Wayne’s Aunt Harriet. Let that sink in.

I liked the Beatles but this thing stinks.
There are some music artists that surprised me with the overall quantity and quality of their studio outtakes, live recordings and remnants of uncompleted songs. Bob Dylan and Fleetwood Mac come to mind. But The Beatles are not one of those bands. Beyond their proper studio albums, they did not leave very much worth listening to. Their few live recordings (when they were a younger band) had so much screaming and such inferior recording technology that they are unlistenable.
Miss Landers had it going on.
They should have at least gotten a group that sounded like the Beatles.
Some of the dreariness comes from that sad sounding piano.
My Uncle who owned and serviced several jukeboxes in town gave me an Atco record back in the 1960’s. I held on to it and gave it to a friend about 2 months ago.
John Lennon sang “Ain’t She Sweet” on one side and Tony Sheridan sang “Nobody’s Child” on the other.

When I get to quaffing a few ales, there’s nothing quite like the fast version of “Revolution”. Take that, Paulie!
Coo Coo Ca Choo…
I’ll check the video this evening. Thanks.
I think I heard Lennon’s Ain’t She Sweet, it would have been on the radio in the 70s or 80s.
Well, here it is, the official Beatles version of Now and Then:

Looks like they’ve taken down the fan versions of the song for copyright reasons. Fans had been making their own recordings of Now And Then by adding backing tracks to the existing Lennon vocal track. These had been circulating for years including on Youtube and some were quite good. Interestingly the fan recordings included a verse which was on Lennon’s cassette track but which the Beatles edited out of their version. The verse had lines like “If I ever used you, ever abused you...” which didn’t fit the vibe of the song. IMO they made a good decision to leave it out of the finished version.
