It would have been the easiest thing to do, but McConnell made him choose between protecting his political future with threats of an impeachment conviction and protecting his supporters. He chose to protect himself.

If there were in fact lots of Fed assets there, they may have be off the hook with any pardon too..

January 6 may end up being a big boomerang on Fedzilla, including the Committee..

If Trump gets back in..
