So this company is proud they discriminated against men. I’m going to use a liberal argument that just because the company is successful does not excuse the discrimination, they need to immediately let go at least 20% of the women and replace them with men, experience and ability may not be used in the hiring it only matters that they are men and transgenders don’t count.
How do you know they discriminated. Maybe men just didn’t want to apply to work there.
