I understand your concerns here based on accusations of heresy by associating science with the Bible. But with all due respect may I share an observation with you?
I find it strange that almost all threads which concern “science” including UFOs are attacked by the faithful here as heresy, no matter where they are posted. They come and try to bury them in scat. But I do not see those who would like to discuss science or UFOs scatting in the Religion forum at all.
Why is it one side of this debate gives due courtesy and the other does not? It would be rude and disrespectful to go derail all the threads in the Religion forum with science to try and debunk religion. But it does not happen...
Why is there not mutual respect for free discussion in return as it should be? You seem to be alluding to the idea one topic has license and one does not? I would truly like to know if this is the case and we are not supposed to openly discuss certain theories here.

Sir, I didn’t inject religion into a UFO thread. The article posted pertains to an intersection of UFOs and the Bible. Commenting on the topic as I did can hardly be called “de-railing”.
