A four-year-old boy fell into the enclosure just minutes before the 400-pound animal was fatally shot.Someone failed to take proper care of the 4-year-old boy, thus causing the zoo to be deprived of a valuable exhibit. That person should be required to spend the rest of his or her life occupying the gorilla habitat at the Cincinnati Zoo.

They should have charged the cost of getting another gorilla and permanently banned from the zoo!
Maybe that happened but I doubt it.

Exactly! No mention of the parents whatsoever.
I guess we are to assume that the baby crawled of his secure crib, all the way to the zoo, and got himself into the gorilla’s cage.
