No, it is not illegal to transfer funds to run for one office. It is perfectly normal for a candidate running for office to wait and see how well he’s able to round up supporters before announcing. EVERY senator or governor who ever ran for president did so. And yes, Trump waited longer than most candidates in 2016, waiting until mid-June.

Show how what desantis is doing, in converting money raised for a state, non federal pac, into funds to be used in his federal presidential campaign, is not a violation of FEC or mccain feingold.

And cite regulations, not because you said so.
