I did not read all of that crap, but I saw enough to understand the writer misses the point, probably intentionally.
It is not how many trans athletes compete...it is how many college girls and other women athletes are upset by men in their locker rooms and showers, and how many hard training women are cheated of their chances to win recognition in their chosen sport.
Any man who would compete in a woman’s sport is not a sportsman. He should be held in contempt by all contestants and shunned by the sports reporters.
"You are deliberately misunderstanding me."
— Tom Hagen to Jack Woltz, in The Godfather
I realized while reading the WSJ magazine today how many “transgender women” are taking over modeling of women’s clothing. Seriously. They’re called “girls” or “women” or “she” in the media, but it’s obvious that they’re male. Sometimes, it’s extremely obvious when they’re wearing swimsuits or tight slinky dresses. Fashion design and theater have always been attractive spheres for gay men, so it’s no wonder that young men dressed as women are preferable to the female models they usually have modeling their designs. Natal women (as JK Rowling call real women) are rapidly being shoved out of every sphere that once belonged to them. It’s sexist. It’s misogyny. And it’s wrong.
“…it is how many college girls and other women athletes are upset by men in their locker rooms and showers…”
They maybe males, but they sure ain’t men!
