Assuming the election cheat codes are disabled: I want Trump's VP to either be either a non-politician or governor. There have been good governors who have shown that they aren't part of the DC culture.
My top VP pick is General Michael Flynn. He of all people would help Trump clean out the deep state alphabet agencies.
