Argentina simply seizes the Chicom fishging ships, arrests their crews, and then sinks their ships.
Seems to be an effective way of keeping China out of Argentine waters.

Hundreds of thousands of whales used to swim the seas, fertilizing the oceans with iron rich whale poop.
They are gone now. We need to be fertilizing the waters with powdered iron. The one time it was tried in Washington State, the result was a record Salmon run.
