You're certainly welcome to your own opinion, but that "shiny thing" idea has long since drifted into oblivion.

It's the kind of comment only made by people who don't stay abreast of the news.

BTW, up till now, any mention of this shiny thing by civilians got them labeled as quacks. Hardly a shiny thing, eh?

And any mention by people in the military got them sent to the base psychiatrist and threatened with a medical discharge.

How's that shiny thing concept applicable there?

There is no news anymore. There is only state issued content driven by paid content influencers. Those same content influencers also spike anything which is news from outside approved content sources.

Then of course there is us....;)

The government’s response to this for years has been on of a cheating spouse. Gaslighting, partial truths, redirection, denial… Human behavior being equal in all groups, I’d say it’s real. And I think it’s demonic in nature if you sum up all the “alien” stories related to it and average it out. Also reading up on all Satanic, devil worship stories, people who sold their soul to the devil for power, you see a pattern, though slight one, but interesting if you add that to the global warming climate nuts of the WEF, democrats and some “alien” sightings where the “aliens” warn about the environment, disasters and the human race being too advanced for their own good.
