A small Ohio pizzeria is gaining nationwide attention after their hiring sign seeking “non-stupid people” went viral.
The owner of Santino’s Pizzeria joined “Fox & Friends” to discuss his eye-catching effort to get quality applicants at his Columbus restaurant.
“The intention behind the sign was to use humor to funnel more applicants to us and, you know, set aside from the other businesses in the area,” Rob said Friday. “We have not had much luck traditionally on Monster or Indeed, or even flags in a front yard bringing people in. So we just thought it’d be something more untraditional, and it might draw attention.” …

The problem is that the really stupid ones all think they’re geniuses. And the really smart ones don’t like to brag about it. Of course, that’s just what they tell me.
Well, when stupid students get the same grades as smart students in our skools, that what you get. When functional illiterates are welcomed into the best universities and handed unearned degrees, that's what you get. When total incompetents are praised and promoted on the job, that's what you get.
The Woke Movement has brainwashed damn near all young people into believing that behaviors that require the use of brainpower are racist and/or un-Woke.
On top of that, kids from the ghetto who have little parental direction become feral as soon as they are able to socialize with other tribal youngsters.
Last but not least are helicopter parents who pamper their offspring to the point of rendering them incapable of dealing with (i.e., solving) life's mundane problems.
So what do you get? Stupid people in process.
Columbus is a college town. I wish him luck finding non-stupid people.

Hiring a decent work ethic is maybe even more important. You need people who will show up, be on time, not complain about the work, won’t question the boss, won’t quit after two days, won’t argue with customers or shoot them and will actually work. None of the “What? You want me to, like, literally TOUCH that gross sticky dough and roll it out? No way!”
Funny thing, I heard just last night about a study in Great Britain that starting in the 1980s and continuing until today, that the IQ of those born in each decade has dropped approximately three points. In 40 years that is 12 points.
The group making the study theorize the drop is caused by increased technology.

The IQ dropped in Britain because they kept importing stupid people from Africa, the Middle East and Pakistan. Import functional idiots, it lowers the overall IQ of the population.
As Rush used to say “stupid people don’t know they’re stupid”.
