Then you have never seen and analyzed any videos taken by various Apollo missions of the surface, evidently.

There are lots of reasons to build on the moon. Prove who built the mega structures on Earth.

You are talking alien, I’m talking forgotten Earth civilizations.

I still haven’t, and I’ve visited the links.

In the 1970s there was a paperback that claimed there was alien activity on the Moon, complete with a section of monochrome photos, sporting superimposed arrows pointing to absolutely nothing in particular, and captions like “note the half-mile-long machine on the surface”.

Argosy mag was among the fun kooky mags from my youth, there was a 100% natural object on the ‘dark side’ (first imaged by a USSR probe) that could be seen as an obelisk, pointing straight up to the camera. We’ve got better photos now, no obelisk.

I’ve love it if there were alien (or very ancient human) ruins on the Moon. Years ago a FReeper told me about the book “Inherit the Stars”, which I had the local library track down, and not long ago I revisited it by finding an unabridged audiobook version for drives to and from work and whatnot. It could make a very good movie, and it’s the first of the Giants series, so, sequels — but alas, the late author wound up a Holocaust denier and 9/11 Truther.
