I love vidalia onions. Like white onions but just slightly sweet.

While I may be in GA, truth be told, I like sauerkraut and mustard on my brats. Speaking of which, Costco had some great Costco (Kirkland?) branded brats in the fresh meat section recently.
Back to Vidalias, I’ve made some great French onion soup with them. May have to score a bag and make some Sunday.
