I was born with a disability. Not as life impacting as autism or Down Syndrome but when it became symptomatic, it was no day down the shore. I haven’t cured cancer, YET but I don’t have to justify my existence to anybody.
I understand the financial impact of long-term health care on families. I’m also aware of the trillions Uncle Sam rains down upon the heads of ungrateful bastards. If I’m going to be taxed into penury, at least give it to the people who need it.

Maybe if we weren’t giving billions and billions to other countries to protect their borders while leaving ours open, and give to those in need in the U.S. of A we wouldn’t have all these social and economic problems, and avoid a lot of grief.
