This is rather fascinating - it actually focuses on a path different from Devolution and claims Trump is doing what he promised in his Inauguration speech - returning power to the people, by reducing executive branch power - what he calls Reconstitution.

Biden is, in fact, fully the President of the United States and fully the Commander in Chief. However, the President-King’s throne that we have all grown so accustomed to, has been removed. Biden stole an office that doesn’t want him, doesn’t need him, and is very different than what he was expecting.

I read all three articles, admitting I skimmed over some the detailed historical excerpts; have not yet seen what the author/s say Trump has done, nor why it apparently disproves Devolution. I await more. Devolution is pretty darn convincing.
