Can you imagine what it would be like to literally starve to death? Most Americans believe that if a nuclear war with Russia actually happens the vast majority of the U.S. population will be instantly wiped out. But that is not what the science says. What the studies have shown is that only about 20 percent of the U.S. population will be instantly killed during a nuclear exchange. If you live near a military base or some other highly strategic target you will probably be among that 20 percent. Otherwise, it is likely that you will starve to death during the horrifying “nuclear winter” that follows.
A brand new study that was just released has concluded that average global temperatures would immediately drop by a whopping 13 degrees following a full-blown nuclear exchange…
Firestorms would release ash and smoke into the upper atmosphere that would block out the Sun, resulting in crop failure around the world, according to researchers from Louisiana State University. Yes, we would starve to death. But not because of the nuclear winter. We would starve to death because of the TOTAL breakdown of EVERY societal institution. That would mean no food, no water, no electricity, no gas, no medications, no health care, yada yada yada….
Given 40% of americans are obese, we’ll be able to outlast the Russians.
The scariest book I’ve read in a while was “One Second After” by William Forstchen. It deals with survival in America after an EMP attack (no blast, no radiation, ALL circuitry fried). It’s a terrifying and I feel realistic scenario. Everything shut down immediately, most everyone starved or murdered within 90 days. Millions of tons of food rotting in fields or warehouses or on dead trucks while America starves. Geez, sounds like I’m describing the fourth year of the Biden administration.
The prophet Daniel was able to “look into the future” (I’m not sure that is actually how it works!) by about 500 years when he interpreted the King’s dream about the statue made of various materials, and his own dream of the various animals as being the various rulers of the region in the future.
Most theologians agree that the last part of the statue, and his last animal/monster (with 10 horns and iron teeth) was the Roman Empire (500 years before it was even a thing).
Now - whether America is in the scriptures I have no idea. If we are, we are no doubt in the “Sodom and Gomorrah” sections at the present moment.
